Is this only for people in DFW / Texas? +
No — coaching is fully remote. All calls are video or phone. Clients are across the US. You just need WhatsApp and 30 minutes a week.
Do I need a gym membership? +
No. Your training program is designed for the equipment you have — home dumbbells, a full gym, or just bodyweight. I build around what's realistic for you, not what's ideal in theory.
My family eats the same food as me. Can the meal plan work for them too? +
Yes. The meal plans are based on the foods you already cook — dal, sabzi, roti, rice. Your family can eat the same meals; your portions and timing are what's calibrated for your goals. Many clients find it easier because the cooking doesn't change.
I have a medical condition (diabetes, thyroid, BP). Can I still join? +
Yes, and it's actually more important that you do. These conditions change what a correct plan looks like. Thyroid slows metabolism — your calorie targets need to reflect that. Diabetes means carb timing matters. I build these into your plan from day one, and I always recommend working alongside your doctor rather than replacing medical care.
How much time does this take each week? +
30-minute weekly call + 5 minutes to fill the check-in form + whatever time you're already spending on workouts (we start at 3–4 days/week, 30–45 minutes). The food doesn't add time — you're eating what your family is already cooking.
What if I eat out a lot or travel for work? +
This is exactly why rigid meal prep plans don't work for Indian professionals in the US. Your plan includes restaurant guidance — Indian restaurants, office lunches, travel days. We build the 80/20 rule in from the start so you're not white-knuckling every social meal.
How is this different from a generic online coach? +
Most coaches will send you a plan with "replace chicken with paneer" — once. Mine recalibrates weekly from your actual weight and energy data. It knows Indian foods by default. Can I pause or cancel if life gets busy? +
